About Dave

Last year, I embarked on a journey of reinvention. Following a terrible year, I needed to take some inventory and make some changes. And, I did. I showed up and did the work and found things. I dug deep and struggled and grew. I found some peace and the alignment of my skills and interests, and my mind and my heart. Now, I'm using these things to better serve people who can benefit from them. 

    With a deep background in coaching and personal development, I understand the challenges of change. I also understand that it's possible. I understand the mechanisms of growth, and am personally interested and invested in helping folks become happier and more alive.

   My background in senior living, real estate, and coaching gives me a unique perspective on some of the issues facing this important decision of selecting an appropriate senior living community. 

   I understand the contract side of things. But, more importantly, I understand the “human” side of things. I have witnessed the sad stories of people being in the wrong place. It serves neither the person nor the community well. 

   Being a writer, a thinker, and a feeler, I believe in the power of our unique voices to contribute valuable things to the world. This platform is the perfect intersection for my skills, experiences, interest in helping people, and voice to merge, and serve people, and families, in meaningful ways.
